Who sells
Skip the Kiosk is an online eSIM store. The seller depends on your payment method and is shown in the email and receipt for each order.
- Card, Apple Pay, Google Pay and USDT: an individual entrepreneur registered in Georgia
- Russian bank cards and SBP: an individual entrepreneur registered in Russia
By paying for an order, you accept these terms and the refund policy.
What you buy
An eSIM with a mobile data plan for the chosen country or region. No phone number, calls or SMS unless the plan says otherwise.
Data amount, plan length, countries, networks and speed are listed on the plan card. They are part of your order terms.
The eSIM can't make calls, including to emergency numbers like 112 or 911. Keep your main SIM in the phone for calls.
Phone compatibility
Your phone must support eSIM and be carrier unlocked. The compatibility check on the site is for reference: making sure your phone fits is your responsibility.
Time limits
- Install the eSIM within the period shown on the plan card. For most plans it's 180 days from purchase
- The plan period starts when the eSIM first connects to a network in the plan's country
- On unlimited plans speed drops after the daily limit, often to 384 kbps. The exact limit is on the plan card
Fair use
The eSIM is for your personal data use while travelling. You may not:
- resell eSIMs or sell data to other people
- put the eSIM in modems, SIM farms or devices with round-the-clock automated traffic
- use the service for fraud, spam or attacks on networks
Sharing data from your phone to your own laptop or tablet is fine unless the plan card says otherwise.
If usage clearly isn't personal, we may limit or disable the plan without a refund.
Networks and coverage
Networks are listed on the plan card. Connection quality depends on the local carrier.
The local carrier may slow speeds at peak hours. That's outside our control.
Traffic may exit to the internet through another country, so banks and streaming services may see you in a different place.
eSIM store websites are sometimes blocked in Turkey. Buy and install your eSIM before the trip.
Account
Your account is created from your email with the first order. You sign in with a code from the email, there's no password.
You're responsible for access to your inbox: anyone who reads it can sign in to your account.
You must be 18 or older to buy an eSIM. Your account is personal and can't be transferred.
We may block an account for fraud, breaking these terms or at the request of authorities. We'll tell you by email.
Prices and payment
The price is shown before you pay and doesn't change afterwards.
- Card and USDT: the money is charged right away. If the eSIM can't be issued, we refund it under the refund policy
- Russian bank card: the amount is held first and charged once the eSIM is issued. If issuing fails, the hold is released
Sanctions
By paying for an order, you confirm you're not subject to sanctions and aren't using the service to get around them.
We screen wallet addresses for USDT payments and refunds against sanctions lists. If an address is listed, we freeze the funds pending review and don't issue an eSIM for that payment.
Top-ups
A top-up adds a plan to an eSIM you've already installed. You can only top up with a plan for the same region as the eSIM.
Liability
We're responsible for issuing the eSIM and delivering the install details. We're not responsible for:
- local network performance and coverage
- websites and services blocked in the country you visit
- a phone that doesn't support eSIM or is carrier locked
- outages caused by network failures, shutdowns or government action
Our liability for an order is limited to its amount. We don't cover indirect losses such as missed plans or lost profit. These limits don't apply where the law doesn't allow them.
Disputes and law
If something goes wrong, email support@skipthekiosk.com first. It's faster than going through your bank.
If you dispute a payment with your bank without contacting us first, we may disable the eSIM for that order until the dispute is resolved.
Orders from the Georgian seller are governed by Georgian law, orders from the Russian seller by Russian law. If translations differ, the version in the language of your order's seller prevails.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. A new version applies to orders placed after it's published, the date is shown at the top of the page.
Each order keeps the version you accepted.
